EVERWhite Corporation, dba EVERWhite (“Seller”), warrants EVERWhite® products to be free from factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty covers replacement of defective product but does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation. To file a claim for factory defects in material or workmanship, you must contact an EVERWhite customer service representative within one year of purchase.
For EVERWhite resurfacing panels and dry erase whiteboards (including combination dry erase boards and graphic dry erase boards), EVERWhite further provides a warranty against ghosting and staining, under normal use, for the life of the building where originally installed. This limited warranty assumes normal use with suitable, dry erase markers and household non-abrasive glass cleaners. Any scratch or other alteration to the dry erase surface, whether intended or accidental, shall render this warranty null and void. Seller’s sole obligation under this limited warranty would be a refund of the purchase price, subject to EVERWhite’s Prorated Depreciation Schedule. The warranty is only valid for the original purchasing entity. EVERWhite products are designed to be installation-ready, however, installation and the installation environment are out of EVERWhite’s control and therefore installation is not warranted by EVERWhite in any circumstance.

Due to the sale of EVERWhite by Glenroy Inc. in November 2020, any warranty claims for products purchased and shipped prior to November 2020 will be honored at the discretion of Glenroy, Inc. Please contact EVERWhite customer service for help initiating a claim.
