California Proposition 65, also known as The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings on and with their products about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. By law, a warning must be given for Proposition-65-listed chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects/reproductive toxicity.
The Prop 65 list of nearly 1,000 chemicals and substances is available from the following State of California website: https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list
EVERWhite Corporation has reviewed the listed chemicals and substances. Our review determined that our whiteboards contain a chemical on the list which exceeds the stated maximum dose level. EVERWhite will continue to monitor our compliance with Proposition 65. Additional information concerning Proposition 65 can be found at the following website: https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65
